Shipping Start Date

Orders placed before shipping operations begin will be processed and dispatched starting in September 2026. Orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were received.
Free Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, availability, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Returns & Replacement Shipping
Although the original shipment may qualify for free shipping, free shipping does not apply to returns, exchanges, or replacement shipments.
If a return is approved under our Return Policy:
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
- If a replacement or exchange is approved, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Replacement items will be shipped only after any applicable shipping charges have been paid.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Delivery & Carrier Delays
